The Philips frames are known for their quality and their amazing technology (they have some of the best multimedia frames on the market). Philips digital photo frames are typically made up of only one color, either black or white, and they have the same look that you would normally find on an I-Pod or another Apple product. While Philips digital frames aren't usually the low cost digital picture frames they are high in picture clarity and performance.

VistaFrame digital frames are typically smaller then the other brands (such as Truetech and Sony) but they have an amazing quality and resolution for a small size. The frames have the same sleek look that the Philips frames possess but they usually come with a tilt option which allows users to tilt the frame within ten degrees to make it more visible, depending on how you are looking at the frame. VistaFrame also makes good use out of their innovative skid-proof bottoms, so there is less of a chance of these expensive frames falling to the floor and breaking!

Kaiser Bass digital photo frames look a lot like normal picture frames outside of the bright LCD screen in the middle. There are only two different sizes to choose from, 5.6 inches and 8 inches, so there aren't as many options as other brands but the frame itself is kind of neat. It uses a hard plastic black border surrounded by a glass border to make for an interesting design that is classy and elegant.

While every photo company strives to have 'their own thing' when it comes to digital photo frame designs, there is one thing to keep in mind if you are contemplating buying one of these devices. Beware of the frames that state, "10 inch digital photo frame!" because you are probably getting a 10 inch frame, not a 10 inch LCD screen like many people believe!
